Sargeson's Plumbers' Merchants Ltd must be informed via telephone should there be any issues with a customers delivery
Issues may include missing items, non delivery of goods,
incorrect/damaged items received. If such is the case photographic
eveidencemust be sent via email or post to Sargeson's Plumbers'
Merchants Ltd to prove the issue correct and to also stand as evidence
toward the courier or company.
Sargeson's Plumbers' Merchants Ltd will not take responsibility for
orders that are late in dispatch due to external delays, for instance
courier delays to unforscene issues such as traffic incidents, internal
sort offcie delays and breakdowns on route to customers delivery
We will not stand refunds or returns if the order is late due to
the third party merchant delaying our process this will be escalated to
those that cause the delay in goods being received.
Please note any parts that have been removed from the original
packaging will be subjected to testing. This process can take anywhere
from seven to thirty days. If a fault is found with the part it will be
returned and no refund given.
Any parts (being mechanical or electronic) that have been fitted will be returned and no refund will be given.
Under the Distance Selling Regulations a customer is entitled to a
full refund for a minimum of 7 working days once they have received the
goods if they are returned in the original re-saleable condition
